Disney released the first trailer for “Zootopia,” an animated film that imagines a world filled with walking, talking, working animals. No humans to muck things up.
The trailer features a fox named Nick Wilde, voiced by Jason Bateman, explaining the modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia, and rabbit Judy Hopps, voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin, the first bunny on a police force trying to prove herself. The natural enemies team up in the film.
“Zootopia,” from Walt Disney Animation Studios, is directed by Byron Howard (“Tangled,” “Bolt”) and Rich Moore (“Wreck-It Ralph,” “The Simpsons”). It opens in theaters on March 4, 2016.
